When a Windows platform is installed, a new hidden user account named Administrator is created. The password for this account is none as default, but if you have changed the password during the format, or forgot, you can reset it by using this trick.

This account can only be accessed in Safe Mode. And you cannot modify the account in Normal Mode. That why it is called "Hidden Account".
To do this,
First, open run and type:
control userpasswords2
A dialog box appears.
Under Password for Administrator, click "Reset Password"
Now type the new password and your Administrator account password will be reseted.
